Dr. David D’Alise, President

Award-winning inventor and well-known presenter, Dr. David D. Dalise, OCO Founder and Chief Executive Officer, graduated from the College of Dentistry, Chicago, Illinois in 1965 with graduate work in Dental Education and Hospital Dentistry. He maintained a thriving practice in Hobbs, New Mexico from 1965 through 1973 prior to relocating his practice to Albuquerque in 1974. In 1976, Dalise founded OCO Biomedical, Inc., headquartered in Albuquerque. A long-standing member and Honored Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a Charter Member and past President of the New Mexico Academy of General Dentistry, D’Alise’s list of accomplishments over four decades includes international recognition as an implant dentistry pioneer for his innovative, patented dental implant products and procedures.

Dr. Ara Nazarian, Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Nazarian maintains a private practice in Troy, Michigan with an emphasis on comprehensive and restorative care. After achieving his DDS degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Dentistry, Dr. Nazarian did an AEGD residency with the United States Navy. He is a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry and a Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). His interests are in computer guided dentistry, full mouth reconstruction and immediate load dental implants. His articles have been published in many of today’s popular dental publications. Dr. Nazarian is the clinical director of the Ascend Dental Academy. He has conducted lectures and hands-on workshops on aesthetic materials and dental implants throughout the United States, Europe, New Zealand and Australia.


Dr. Grant Pitt, Mentor

Dr. Pitt currently maintains a private dental practice in Edmond, Oklahoma.  He spent the first 10 years of his professional life as a Pharmacist, achieving his Doctor of Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University-College of Pharmacy.  After years of patient and professional interaction, Dr. Pitt elected to change careers to dentistry.  Dr. Pitt obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry then entered their Periodontal Program.  He did not finish his periodontal training due to health concerns and withdrew to practice general dentistry.  Dr. Pitt’s interest are in comprehensive and restorative dentistry.  He is a member of the ODA, ADA, AGD and is a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI).  Dr. Pitt has lectured to colleagues, students, and patients on dental implant placement and restoration throughout the  United States.
